AC Johnson is a graduate of North Carolina State University and gained much of his people skills while serving as an instructor in law enforcement.  He is proud to tell anyone of his 14 years of service as a Deputy and Training Division Range Master with the Wake County Sheriff’s Office from 1985 to 1999.  During this time, he provided LEO Services (WCSO) and Trainings within a diverse work environment in Patrol (6 years), Court Room Services (6 years), and a Range Master (2.5 years).  He left in 1999 to focus on Real Estate Acquisitions and Mentoring/Coaching.

Starting in 1999, AC Johnson served twice as Vice Presiden and at-large Board Member and President  (2010 & 2011)  of the Triangle Real Estate Investor Association (TREIA).

At the same time as his service to TREIA, he began NuCapital Management & Consulting Company to provide real estate consulting and training; from One-On-One and In-The-Field Mentoring to class room settings. He also provides one-on-one phone coaching.  Over the past 16+ years AC Johnson as mentored and instructed over 30,000 students.

He continues to this day to serve as a Real Estate Infield Mentor/Coach with Professional Real Estate Education Companies as well as his own company.  Mentoring and Coaching is among his real passions and every student who has witnessed his skills and leadership will attest to that.
